Today marks day 44 of my 90 day fitness journey! Almost half way, wowy.
Just a quick little update, today i ran a 5km, for the second time in less than a week and i shaved more than 3 minutes off of my time! Stoked haha
The next part of my 90 day challenge is all about losing body fat and shaping up. A part of that is increasing my calorie expenditure and eating less (not too much less) so the above is promising! I love seeing progression with my training. I am hoping to get my 5k to 25 minutes. Small steps!
So, a good start to the next faze of my training! Another weights session tomorrow and will try get in some cardio before the sauna. Wish me luck.
