Hello and welcome to The Growth Philosophy, here is another quick fitness update!
This week i did things a little differently in order to limit injury and get through a busy first week back at work after the new year.
I managed 3 gym workouts this week and well as 2 runs, my average steps per week was up on last week. All three of my full body work outs this week were as follows
4 x 20+ Push ups (20 Mon, 21 Wednesday, 22 Friday)
3 x 8 chin ups
3 x 10 Squats at 80kg, changing up my squat routine from 5 reps to ten and lowering the weight.
3 x 12 reps lateral raises.
I also complete a 5k this week and shaved 3 minutes off of my previous run. Yay, go me.
This week i have been lazy with recording my workouts on my apps and taking photos, i will be back to fully documenting all of my workouts and physique updates next week! For now, this is all i have 🙂
This time next week i will have the results back from my body scan also, that will be interesting! i will do one at the end of the 90 days and compare.
